Making the Body a home is a design consultancy created by Jacquelyn Ogorchukwu Iyamah in response to the need for more racially equitable interiors. Jacquelyn is a Nigerian designertheorist, and author with a background in sociology, psychology, and design. She combines her skills in these disciplines to foster equity in the built and digital environment. She has given talks to design entities such as Harvard Graduate School of Design, HUGE, and Parsons School of Design. Her work has also been recognized by publications such as Architectural Digest, VICE and New York Magazine.
