Making the Body a home is a design practice created by Jacquelyn Ogorchukwu Iyamah in response to the need for more racial equity both within people and places. Jacquelyn is a Nigerian designer, theorist, and author with a background in sociology, psychology, and design.  Her work has also been recognized by publications such as Essence, Architectural Digest, VICE and New York Magazine.
